A school with at least 12 class rooms
A gymnasium/community centre
Physical activity areas for children and adults
A library
An expanded taghseel /takfeen facility

The masjid will include a men’s prayer hall on the first floor, a ladies prayer
hall with its own entrance and wudhu area on the second floor, Musalli-friendly
amenities for social get-togethers & doing I’tekaaf.
It is the intent that the current school will be expanded and gradually phased
into offering Islamic as well as secular education. The school will initially
comprise of 12 classrooms and will offer parallel stream education from Junior
to gradually Aalim and Grade 12 levels. The curriculums will be certified by
authentic Islamic Darul Ulooms and provincial education authorities,
respectively, to ensure that the education offered meets the highest standards
of quality in content and assessment. This will ensure that further education
could be pursued in any Canadian or International university.
The Community Center will be an integrated type offering space for a full size
gymnasium, two kitchens, meeting/counseling rooms, exercise room
and other indoor sports such as table-tennis. The library will be equipped for
both the general public and the school. The tagseel/takfeen facility will be
expanded and relocated into the new building offering better access and
mobility.
Parking capacity is designed to accommodate a minimum of 186 cars with signaled
access to the masjid property. The approved site and landscape plans ensure
that the optimally designed and landscaped property will enhance esthetic
features of the area and preserve maximum green space.
