Madrasa Noorul Islam Evening is a Three day Quran/Islamic studies class.

It is a grassroots initiative in teaching firstly Ahsanul Qawaid, a primer in recognizing Arabic letters, it's correct pronunciation, along with a series of exercises which would allow the student upon completion to successfully upgrade to the Juz Amma. In this second stage application from what was learnt will be emphasized along with fluency in recitation that exemplifies the science of Tajweed. Thereafter the student will receive The Mushaf and will begin from the beginning with the same methodology. It is hoped after recitation of approximately five Juz the student will gain a degree of confidence in recitation and through out the course of studies will be encouraged and guided towards becoming self determined. The objective is not to complete a recitation of the Entire Quran necessarily, but a learning ethic which will continue way beyond after 'graduating' from the formal class. Through out the course of studies students will also be memorizing portions of the Quran.

Islamic studies touches upon aspects of Aqidah (beliefs), Fiqh, Duaas, Akhlaq (character).

It is our hope that students will be engaged and inspired to becoming role models in society. Securing their identity in faith and spreading the truth far and wide where ever they are.

We will be contacting students from the previous year first to register then opening up registration for any available spots from our waiting list.
